Peter was fantastic to deal with ! Dropped off my x5 for service and he was quick and honest with what was needed . It came back looking and running like new. Tire Change I had to get my tires changed from winter to summer. I had booked an appointment before the COVID-19 health emergency. The dealership phoned me before I had to get my tires changed from winter to summer. I had booked an appointment before the COVID-19 health emergency. The dealership phoned me before the appointment because they were unable to get the tires from storage due to employee shutdowns at the storage facility and then called me to rebook the appointment when the tires were retrieved. On the day of the appointment, the dealership had established protocols to ensure social distancing was in effect and protect customers from the effects or potential spread of COVID-19. The service was professional and friendly. I also received a follow up text from my sales representative. More

No promises is large and bright and aesthetically pleasing and they kept safe and secure environment by keeping proper social distance. At this point I have no complaints.
