Buying a pre -owned vehicle at Maranello BMW Excellent experience when trading in my BMW x1 for a newer model. Coming out of a poor experience with another BMW dealership , I decided to try Maran Excellent experience when trading in my BMW x1 for a newer model. Coming out of a poor experience with another BMW dealership , I decided to try Maranello , since i heard such good things about this dealership from friends. David Sy did not disappoint ! From the minute i walked into the location , I was greeted with smiles , from the front door and onto the desk of David Sy. David was professional , extremely honest and knowledgeable. The greatest things that resonated most with me was David's empathetic style , extreme professionalism , friendliness and humble attitude. As I mentioned I was experiencing a very disappointing experience from another BMW dealership and David immediately was able to show me a terrific newer ( pre - owned ) BMW x1 , exactly my style , colour etc, at an exceptional price. He handled my trade - in , financing , and extras with care , compassion and excellent expertise. The sale went smoothly , quickly , and I bought the vehicle that day upon first meeting David Sy. He handled everything with ease , and certainly gained my trust quickly . I never felt as I was being " Sold " to . From the first meeting up to the pick date of the vehicle was a fun , exciting and smooth transaction. I have finally found the BMW dealership and Sales Rep that i will continue dealing with long into the future. Great Service ...Make You Feel Lika Someone ! Hottest day of the year and my air conditioning was not working . I purchased my BMW from Maranello approximately 18 months ago which was an amazing experience unfortunately I have not been able to say the same for the service until my recent visit when I dealt with Pietro ago which was an amazing experience unfortunately I have not been able to say the same for the service until my recent visit when I dealt with Pietro, I felt I was treated equal to any of his other clients Which I can’t say for many of the other associates I have dealt with even on this visit I witnessed this behaviour from the associate taking payment I have been trying to find an alternate dealership but logistics make it challenging at least I know I can contact Pietro and know I will be treated appropriately.
