Very poor service i have with the service advisor for not doing and knowing his job. He Advised that part that causing the problem needs to be change. So parts was changed but after problem still not fix doing and knowing his job. He Advised that part that causing the problem needs to be change. He took my car in after a long waiting he told us that the steering wheel and all the parts that are needed to change and plus it needed to flush the steering fluid that will cost me $14,000 more Including wheel balancing. My Car is not even 60,000 km and it needs now a steering wheel replacement. I went there because i am complaining for wheel stiffness.I already spend closed to $1500 on the parts that he told me to changed at the beginning now he’s telling me that it will cost me $14,000 plus to fix the stiffness. I am so disappointed with this guy and I will never gonna be back to that dealer any more! More
