I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Maranello BMW dealership in Mississauga. We had traveled all the way from Ottawa for a critical meeting, only for our electric BMW to stop cha at the Maranello BMW dealership in Mississauga. We had traveled all the way from Ottawa for a critical meeting, only for our electric BMW to stop charging at multiple stations. When we brought the car to the dealership, we expected proper support given our full 24/7 coverage and insurance, but instead the staff were rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, and gave us the cold shoulder. After insisting to speak with a manager, they finally tested the car on a Type 1 charger where it worked, but when we asked for a loaner vehicle in the meantime, they outright refused—even though this is a full BMW dealership with a mechanic shop—and told us to rent one ourselves. It was only after much arguing and pushing that they reluctantly had someone take the car to a DC charger. This experience left us feeling completely disregarded and disrespected, and it does not reflect the level of service one expects from BMW. More
