Snobby selfish front desk lady and confused lazy sales perso I went there to buy a new 7 series. The sales person was a very lazy confused female who even does not know what options come with this car and even d I went there to buy a new 7 series. The sales person was a very lazy confused female who even does not know what options come with this car and even did not know any primitive info about the car. I booked an appointment few days ago and when I got there the young woman at the front desk (who obviously thinks the customer should say hello to her and she then hesitantly answer) told us that that the sales person is gone. However, the sales person was standing behind her and she did not remember me when I told her that we had an appointment. She was already packed to go! She and her manager were completely unaware about a buying invitation which has been sent to me by Robert Lurz (BMW president) and her manager even did not move himself to come forward and speak to me. It seems that these people are only looking for a customer with no info about the cars and a winner lottery to buy without question and care about the services. I will never buy BMW beacuse of these nasty snobby people. More
Liars Unfortunately had to bring my car here (e92 335i) due to a water pump failure. I had already replaced the water pump at another dealer and it was still under manufacturer's warranty (1 year). The service advisor refused to pull up my service records and claimed he couldn't even though he is able to search by VIN. He got my car diagnosed and told me it was the other water pump (xxx?). I had to go through the trouble of getting the service records from another dealer to show him. Not only this the techs did a horrible job and my car was shaking the next morning. Out of the 4 years I owned the car (I no longer do) and numerous services at Autohaus I can't say they are any better. Out of the 4 dealers I've been to the 2 that I was satisfied with were BMW Toronto and Grand River and I would personally go the extra distance to have it done there. Of course if your warranty is done you can always go elsewhere (I've personally had a good experience at RMP motors). Despite all the services I may have had to do it was still a wonderful car and I would seriously consider it again, and this time I know better. More

Boy you would expect good service from bmw but was crap. I made an appointment for oil change and filter change 3 weeks in advance. I came on day of appointment and service attendant told to call their service center to schedule appointment xxx. Just use any bmw certified garage . Cheaper twice and much better service.. Shame More

My X5 has been in several times on warranty issues and took up to 1 week to get it back each time....with no loaner - even though the salesman sold me on the whole service part of their business and that they would have a loaner ready for me whenever I brought my car in for service. More
Pathetic Customer Service. Engine light came on and it took a week and a half to get an appointment. The appointment was for 7:40 am and by 12:30 pm I still did not get a status Engine light came on and it took a week and a half to get an appointment. The appointment was for 7:40 am and by 12:30 pm I still did not get a status report from Customer Service rep. It's impossible to get someone in Service to answer their phone. I called six times before I finally spoke to the Service Mgr. and was advised that the technician had the work order but no diagnostic work had yet been done! A Customer Service rep finally called at 2:00 pm stating that after speaking to the Service Mgr. my car would be looked at by a technician by 3:00 pm. and that the work would be finished the following morning. The following day I again waited until noon for a call from my Service rep. No phone call again! Again after five phone calls I finally got hold of my Service rep and was advised that she was waiting for part quotes from the Parts department. Again she did not have the decency to inform me what was going on! In conclusion if I was not persistent I'm certain my car would have sat there for days. We unfortunately have two BMW coupes and have put up with this crap from the Maranello Service associates for the last five years. We did not purchase them from Maranello because we managed to get better deals at Auto House and Toronto BMW. We live in Woodbridge and Maranello is the closest BMW Service center. We always opted out of the After Service Evaluation by BMW because Andre the Service rep was always apologetic and claimed that things would improve....unfortunately not the case. More
Maranello treats me like family! I have owned my X5 since 2011 and have enjoyed the most professional service. when I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance, I am always treated I have owned my X5 since 2011 and have enjoyed the most professional service. when I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance, I am always treated like I am their only customer. I recently bought out my lease because I love the X5 and I continue to get top notch service. Maranello is my BMW dealership for life! More
worse BMW dealership Got an appointment 3 weeks a head and a day before my appointment got a call that they are extremely busy and can not honor my appointment! They called me that Car is ready but I had to wait another hour.....I will not buy my next car from this dealership and will look for another place to service my car More
