I've always loved German cars, and we really wanted to take a look at the Tiguan. Unfortunately I had two bad experiences with other VW dealerships in the past that had left a bad taste in my mouth. Nevertheless, we took a trip to Maple Ridge VW on a friend's recommendation. Our sales rep, Rob McKenzie, was a fantastic guide through the whole sales process. He listened intently and worked tirelessly to find us a great deal on a Tiguan that fit exactly what we were looking for. The overall experience at Maple Ridge VW was comfortable - each employee made us feel at ease and taken care of. We didn't feel any pressure and walked away with the perfect car for us.
