They just "got" my situation I had been burned by a terrible experience purchasing my last vehicle - which I really didn't really like but felt like I was stuck with. I had pretty much given up on getting something different/better when I happened to call Trevor at Maple Ridge VW on a whim. 2 days later I had a new-to-me 2015 VW Jetta! Trevor, Rob and Scott just seemed to "get" my situation and did their very best to get me into a better vehicle and a better loan. It's always nerve-wracking for a woman alone to deal with car salesmen, but I think they were pretty truthful and there is absolutely no denying that the car is great and my new loan is better for me financially.
