Never Trust the promises Never trust the promises. When I bought the new VW Jetta from them in Oct 2016, they promised a $400 service credit as a part of the deal. They had it Never trust the promises. When I bought the new VW Jetta from them in Oct 2016, they promised a $400 service credit as a part of the deal. They had it in writing. But never gave me a copy. Now they do not honor their promise. Repeated visits, emails complaints.. Do not even care to respond. Lesson learned.: Even if you have in writing on any deal get a signed copy of it from them in your custody. More

Was told by the car dealers that it would be a very easy and seamless process. Purchased the car in April to replace the car they said would be a huge hassle to us. Signed the opera to the new car expecting to receive our pay out in a few weeks like we were ensured by the dealers. WRONG! It's now July and we are currently paying for two car loans. They tricked us, manipulated us, breeched our confidentially by tracking us down personally on Facebook to contact us, and have refused to call us back despite us calling them to see what's going on. DON'T fall for their trap. They're sitting pretty with two car purchased by us and we are screwed paying for two cars. xxxxxxxx. More
