Rotten tomatoes I'm not impressed with Maple Ridge VW work ethics. They promised to call me back, and help me with a 2015 VW Golf that they charged me $40,0000.00 for I'm not impressed with Maple Ridge VW work ethics. They promised to call me back, and help me with a 2015 VW Golf that they charged me $40,0000.00 for. Yes, that's right. Forty thousand dollars. Back in June, they stated they would trade the car in for an older model, something that I could afford. It was my very first brand new car. Always check what you are signing. Seems obvious, I get it. I suppose I never thought anyone with a proper moral compass would charge another human double the cost for a car? Days turned to weeks, weeks have now turned to months. Nothing. Please don't go alone to this dealership. Take someone with you that understands that the dealers are conditioned how to sell. They absolutely took advantage of me, I have a learning disability, and should have taken someone with me. They were just so nice, and worked so hard for me (well, for my money). Then disappeared......................... Thank you, Maple Ridge VW for teaching me a hard lesson. The hardest lesson I have ever learned in my life. Never trust a car salesmen. More

Poor Customer Service I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replac I had an error reading "ACC and Front Assist Not Available". I booked an appointment at MR Volkswagen. I told them I had my windshield recently replaced. They said it would have nothing to do with that. They later called me and said I'd have to book another appointment so they could send it out as they didn't have the technology to solve the issue. I needed a loaner because it would take some time. I booked 3 appointments after that and each time I got there, the loaner wasn't available. When I complained I was told they were thinking of not offering the loaners to customers anymore. I finally got a loaner over a month later, and after being without my car for several days, they called and said the auto glass company should have put a specialized VW windshield in for the front sensors to work. No one at the service centre knew about this technology. My complaint, though, is regarding the face-to-face service. Not customer centric by any means. When I did post a complaint onto the VW FB site, it went unacknowledged. I now have the specialized windshield and will need to take it to a different VW service centre for calibration.
