We appreciated many things about Trevor. We had at first emailed the dealership in the evening to inquire about their vehicles. Trevor was quick to respond the following morning and was very polite, knowledgeable and encouraging to us to come to the dealership at a convenient time. We were also deciding on whether to trade in our present vehicles and so received advice about doing that too. This dealership is not close to where we live but it was Trevor's professional manner that made us decide to travel the distance. Our entire experience was a positive one from pulling up to the front door to pulling away with our new SUV! We really felt that all the staff worked as a team and there was a very positive, professional atmosphere. Trevor has what we feel is the perfect combination for a sales consultant. He is very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to ask for assistance with any question he may not have the specific answer for… a true team player. Ben was so friendly and patient, taking the time to let me examine the Tiguan, drive it, (actually, 2 different models!) and with his patient explanation see how all of the features functioned. It was a very pleasant, non-pressured experience, and I appreciated his relaxed and friendly patience so much!
