I had been painfully looking for a vehicle to purchase for a few weeks and had talked to many salespeople at many dealers all over the area. I was literally on my way back to another dealer to buy a vehicle I had looked at when I made one final stop at Maple Ridge Volkswagen and was greeted by Allana. I was totally impressed. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and found the perfect match for what I wanted. Her and the rest of the team did everything within their power to make a deal that worked for all of us. In my opinion, Allana went above and beyond. I had just started the process to look for another vehicle and I asked a bevy of qu I came in to the dealership to enquire about a Volkswagen Beetle. I had just started the process to look for another vehicle and I asked a bevy of questions. My husband and I first met with Adam and Trevor. They answered my questions and I told them I was starting the process. I received a phone call from Trevor the following day asking us to come in and test drive a Beetle. Well, he treated us with respect and kindness and gave us a super deal. We bought a 2013 TDI Black Beetle. Just another impulse buy Had the image of a used vehicle in the back of my head as the dealership was on my commute to work everyday.
