Sales lot is very cramped (cars are triple- and quadruple- parked) and a bit dirty. Showroom felt like a garage sale with random furniture, TV's, appliances (premiums for buyers?) all over the floor. Dealership made two minor commitments to me but missed the mark: Due to insurance issue (they wanted to close the deal on Saturday, but my wife wasn't able to sign the insurance papers until Sunday, so I owned the car while it was not covered by insurance), they committed to keep the car locked up inside overnight. That didn't happen & the car stayed out in the lot. They committed to wash the car and get it ready on the Saturday, so that Sunday pickup would be quick. When we arrived on Sunday, the car was still dirty in the lot and we waited while they cleaned it. More

Buying a new car, I wanted to purchase from this dealership, but I also wanted to explore the market. Doing some comparison shopping I presented my findings to Dave and Adam. Immediately, without question, my offer on a new Jetta TDI was accepted. There was no haggling, no questioning, no innuendo … just facts and integrity leading to a positive sales experience by two professionals and a customer. The follow-up when I picked up my new Jetta was a tutorial by Dave, time consuming on his part, to learn the particulars of the tech package, but well worthwhile and appreciated. Doing the paper work and warranty options with Scott was also positive as he presented all possibilities without pressure to purchase. Dave and Adam's only problem is they will have to put up with me when I bring my new Jetta in for servicing! More
