Wow! Wow! Wow! Great customer experience!! I was in the market for either a 2014 or 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I had been scanning Autotrader.ca for a couple of weeks comparing options and pric I was in the market for either a 2014 or 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I had been scanning Autotrader.ca for a couple of weeks comparing options and prices. I found four potential vehicles at four different Nissan dealerships in the GTA and set out to visit all in one day. The first three (shall remain nameless) did not impress me, but the forth (Maple Nissan) really made the whole experience a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I dealt with Ting Ying and Matt Kim and was really impressed with their willingness to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle that I wanted to trade in but as well the 2014 Pathfinder SL that I ended up buying!! Both Ting and Matt made the purchase process feel like I was dealing with some old friends and that I could trust them (something that has been seriously lacking in the automotive industry for decades!!). I would recommend this Nissan Dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!! Thanks Ting and Matt!! You have restored my faith in your industry!! More

Cannot trust what they tell me I have been taking my daughter's Altima and my Murano to them for years, never questioning their advice. This time, when they told me that my rear bra I have been taking my daughter's Altima and my Murano to them for years, never questioning their advice. This time, when they told me that my rear brake pads were worn out and I should replace the pads and the rotors, and the front pads were getting low and they should be changed as well as the front rotors, I decided that I needed to go elsewhere. After all, they had serviced my Murano from day 1 and if the pads were low they should have replaced them before any damage was done to the rotors. When I took the car to another mechanic I discovered that the rear pads were not worn out, but were thinning. There was no rust or damage to the rotors. They replaced all 4 pads for a fraction of what Maple Nissan wanted to charge for the rear brakes and pads. I wonder how much needless work they have charged me over the years. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them for service. More
No customer service My son and I walked into Maple Nissan to take look at the 370z , as we entered right there and then we should have walked out as no one even acknowle My son and I walked into Maple Nissan to take look at the 370z , as we entered right there and then we should have walked out as no one even acknowledged us , so we went to look at a 2016 370z convertible and no sale agents took time to come over (seems they were busy sitting at there desk) then we decided to go look at newer hoping someone will come help us on pricing and options and again to busy chatting amongst themselves...needless to say after 15mins of standing around we left .. to bad they lost a cash sale... HOPE OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIPS WILL BE DIFFERENT ... More
If I could rate zero star I could I went in to buy a car without doing some homework and I found the leaf intriguing so I asked the sales man questions about what It could do. He lied about everything .... the range the 240v power charger about everything. I commute 90 km a day and that piece of #$# has a range of 80 in the dead of winter if I don't run the heat This has been the worst 4 year lease of my life and I'm glad to be rid of this dealership and all Nissans by default. More
