Good Experience Overall I always have a great experience when I go to Maclin Ford. The only thing I brought up this time, after 4 years, is that fact that other dealers usua I always have a great experience when I go to Maclin Ford. It would be a great customer service and an act of appreciation from Ford if this was done. If it's about people complaining about scratches, then give the costumer the choice and if they decide to go ahead with the rinse, have them sign a waiver. More
