At that point, I was still looking at what options would best fit my vehicle needs. Two weeks later, however, following a second email, in which I outlined what I was looking for, I went to the dealership, met with Chuck and left about 90 minutes later, the happy owner of a new vehicle. What made the transaction excellent is the time Chuck took to find the right fit - both in terms of the vehicle, but also with respect to affordability: I laid out what I wanted to spend and Chuck found exactly the right vehicle and payments for me. Like, EXACTLY. Our family has dealt with many, many times over the years and have always had great experiences. We've purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. Chuck gets it the relationship is everything. He gets it that the win is not always the sale, but that a relationship means trust, referrals and happy clients. More

Rude & unhelpful I have NEVER had a good experience here but am stuck in a lease so today I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Ian Pronovost today . I have NEVER had a good experience here but am stuck in a lease so today I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Ian Pronovost today .... their online specialist asked if I needed help (while I was looking up the # to call them), I explained what my inquiry was about and he said his manager would call/email me right away with answers. Mr. Pronovost got back to me with a dozen questions that had nothing to do with my Inquiry, I responded (yes very agitated with his response) at which point he then responded to me by belittling for me for asking for help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE not a single one of them is any better than this jerk !!!!!! More

Today I was in for regular maintenance and I had an issue, I spoke with a gentleman named Kristjan and he explained the problem to me and introduced me to the sales manager,Paul Clark. Paul was able to fix my issue right away even though he was under no obligation to do so as I had misread my original paperwork. Thank you very much Paul Clark and Maclin Ford! Great deal with little need for haggling I walked onto the lot and within 5 minutes Roman was there to help me with all my questions about the F-150s.
