Unprofessional A 2012 Focus TCM problem was supposed to be an easy one, as it is a recall issue. But initially the wanted to push me to change Body Control Module. O A 2012 Focus TCM problem was supposed to be an easy one, as it is a recall issue. But initially the wanted to push me to change Body Control Module. Once TCM done, the starting issue dissapeared but the vehicle shakes every time it changes gears. Was told to change the clutch. Did it. Problem is still there. Now being told to change transmission actuator which costs 600+. Can't trust these guys. After three visits, I got one issue resolved in order to end up with a tranny issue. Very disappointed. More
