Knowledgeable in the products, personable, and able to answer any question I had. He made multiple enquiries with Management to ensure my requests regarding a new purchase could be accommodated. Sam Darwiche in Finance was very accommodating, patient, and personable. Maranda Barcham in Customer Experience was a gem. Very kind and wanting to be sure everything was going as expected/desired. I have dealt with various Service Staff member too for the last 3 1/2 years and all of the Service staff have been fabulous too. They are very good at letting me know the progress of my vehicle service if I am waiting, and ensuring I am comfortable in their customer service lounge. During my new purchase, I also enquired with Parts for some additional add-ons. I apologize that I can't remember their names, but the two gentlemen were also very accommodating and personable in searching for what I was wanting. Maclin has a winning team overall. More
