Great serrvice Great service from Chris he was very busy but took the time to walk me through the test drive and after stating that I wanted this car his assistance Great service from Chris he was very busy but took the time to walk me through the test drive and after stating that I wanted this car his assistance through out the purchase process was excellent. He impressed me the day I picked up the car all of the requests I had asked for were completed and he spent time explaining the operation of this vehicle with the knowledge that one would expect from an owner of a 2014 Ford Focus. I appreciate good customer service and Chris went above and beyond what I originally expected. More

Great experience I purchased a used Ford at a very reasonable price. The customer service was outstanding and the process was quick and straightforward. A lot of deale I purchased a used Ford at a very reasonable price. The customer service was outstanding and the process was quick and straightforward. A lot of dealers try to pressure you into purchasing extended warranties and obtaining credit but I didn't get that here. I dealt with several people who were all good but Mark Duffin helped me through the final purchasing process. From familiarising me with the entertainment system to driving me to the registration office, I was impressed with his conscientious level of service. I would recommend to others (great coffee as well). More

Great people to work with I was positive I was buying a GM product I looked and looked for months for the right one at all dealer ships in and around Calgary. I also had a sale I was positive I was buying a GM product I looked and looked for months for the right one at all dealer ships in and around Calgary. I also had a sales man looking for me for just what I wanted but no one could find what I wanted. I wanted a lightly used in mint condition of course Red or White vehicle with all beige interior. I could not find it. So I decide to visit my friend at the Ford dealership Al Steinkey. Al made me very comfortable the minute I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and he said I think I may have just what you are looking for. He had just what I was looking for we made the deal and I'm very happy. I would be very happy to recommend Al to all my friends and family and the manage was a great guy to work with as well. Everything went very smooth. As they say timing is everything. Jeanette More
