Yet I must admit to being nervous when I took the test drive. I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the new technology. But Bill Proulx was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured into getting any features I didn't want. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent. Roman INSTANTLY reached out to me about a web inquiry on a Flex and went insofar as to make me a personalized "walk around" video of the vehicle to save me time and further peak my interest. I was direct and knew exactly what I wanted and upon outreach, Roman and I worked out an arrangement on the new Flex without a hiccup. Started off great - not so much now I have been looking for a GT for a long time, I mean 4 years that I really wanted and I found it at Maclin!
