Roman INSTANTLY reached out to me about a web inquiry on a Flex and went insofar as to make me a personalized "walk around" video of the vehicle to save me time and further peak my interest. I was direct and knew exactly what I wanted and upon outreach, Roman and I worked out an arrangement on the new Flex without a hiccup. Kelly facilitated the transaction on my Trade-in and Candace put together all the paperwork and financials, and less than 24hours later I am a proud owner of a new Flex with some awesome bells and whistles. Started off great - not so much now I have been looking for a GT for a long time, I mean 4 years that I really wanted and I found it at Maclin! I'm used to having that done at no charge, I thought that was nickel and diming us after the deal was done and we had signed on the dotted line. Ended up leaving a set of brand new winter tires on our trade in, and I have a set of all seasons sitting in my garage that are useless to me. More
