Typical man world experience! Looking to upgrade my car. Was interested in a particular car which was already “sold”..no problem to me. Then the pressure was put on my partner (I was the girl discarded in the corner) to influence ME to pick price or color...not including me in the conversation. When finally my partner reminded them as to who was purchasing the vehicle the discussions to me were near condescending. We sat down and discussed what my needs were in a car, what I used it for, what I wanted all right down to color. He didn’t push me to get something I didn’t need. He was able to match my budget and also find me exactly what I wanted. He gave me his cell number so I could text him because it’s easier for me. Since buying the vehicle he has still kept in touch to make sure I am doing well and am happy with my new car! More
Beyond amazing! The wife and I came in to price out an suv for her since we are expecting a baby in a few months and a truck was no longer practical. We were very well taken care of and felt no pressure at all from the salesman. We ended up trading in both of our trucks and buying a new escape and F-350 and we could not be happier. I brought the truck in for it’s first oil change a month later and the great service continued! Thank you for all the great service Maclin, we will be back in the future when it comes time for another upgrade. More

The worst, most dishonest, misleading, non transparent!!! Dealing was done on a piece of paper, so no verification on computer where a person can see whats typed in. Was told I got $1000 for Costco member, Sa Dealing was done on a piece of paper, so no verification on computer where a person can see whats typed in. Was told I got $1000 for Costco member, Sales manager realized I did not get it as the Edge had 3700 klm's on it so a certified preowned unit , but did not tell me, he just subtracted it from the total off the Edge I was buying, I never knew this until he told me after I had the vehicle. He just added a $500 Southern Package that consists of nitrogen and wheel locks for $499, did not tell me this, these items are worth $75 in their parts and service department!!. Also this was never installed on the vehicle and I wasn't told until I asked what that added charge was. In his calculations he did not include my trade in total, was over charging me aprox $40 biweekly, then when I said I wasn't buying a car tonight he asked what would it take to make the deal, I said give me a better price on the car without my trade in, was told I could keep my trade in and pay the same amount as I would have paid by trading it in, leaving me to believe I just got $5000 off the price of the car. But that total never at anytime included my car, so a outright lie. Manager Darrell understood this but comment was in the end what did you sign for? Sorry this all happened to you but it will help us with trying in the future..WHAT? Picked up car in cold snowy weather, was left to clean it off and wait 15 minutes for it to warm up so I could leave.. By far the worst sales practise's I have dealt with in 40 years, Ive never had to worry about getting sucked in, I always had trust in the GM dealerships I dealt with and never had to question them as they showed the numbers on a computer as you were discussing payment options. Shame on me for having trust in this dealership and thinking they were trust worthy. Oh I did get my money back for the package that wasn't installed and another $475, which didn't come close to the $6825 that I believed I had saved on the deal...all because I trusted what was written on paper and again shame on me for not wearing my glasses to see what was on the BOS... They have a slogan that states"transparency" Nothing is transparent at this dealership!BUYER BEWARE of this places selling tactics. Its all about how to make the sale....Nothing but excuses as to why all this happened. More
