error in judgement There was a significant error made during my purchase which I can understand everyone can make a mistake however when it was found I was tossed aroun There was a significant error made during my purchase which I can understand everyone can make a mistake however when it was found I was tossed around from person to person finally settling with a great financial manager who put in a position she shouldn’t have been and was in shock after finding out all the mistakes that had transpired throughout the ordeal from the beginning and she was the only reason why I drove off with the vehicle otherwise I was pretty close to walking out after another middle management came in basicallly with no introduction as to what he was going to be addressing and talking for 5 minutes about the costs and the charges of the new vehicle and how little money they are making on the deal and really making absolutely no practical sense in any part of his conversation his bullish mood and tone in which he presented himself made me question him why he is there talking with me. Anyway The financial manager was very sorry after all was done and said the ordeal that I was put through and I believe the apology was a legitimate all in all if they look at the negatives throughout the ordeal and create some positive changes I think they can limit that chances of this happening again . Talked with the manger and I believe he was informed enough to consider some changes to lint this risk of a similar ordeal from happening again More

Salesperson amazing - horrible management We absolutely loved our Salesman Mitri and would highly recommend. He went above and beyond making sure everything was done correctly for us. The management was awful and for this reason we will not be shopping here again. While doing our financing, we overheard the way management speaks to their employees and I will not support a business that treats their employees as such. In addition, we had such an awful experience with the mechanical manager that basically called us liars and was not listening to our concerns. Once again, Mitri was the one to resolve the issue and told us not to worry. Overall, amazing experience with the salesperson, but left with a sour taste in our mouth due to management. More

Terrible experience I went in with a friend last weekend. We had looked at the Ford Escape and Ecosport in the parking lot. We popped inside the dealership to ask if we I went in with a friend last weekend. We had looked at the Ford Escape and Ecosport in the parking lot. We popped inside the dealership to ask if we could take a peek inside the vehicles to check out trunk space. Adam was the sales person that approached us. He invited us into his office area and said that Ford does things a bit differently and we needed to go through an online survey type thing with him and it's a much more effective way to vehicle shop as we need to check off the things we are looking for and our price range and then it will print out all the vehicles at the dealership that would suit our needs. We reiterated again that we just wanted to see the inside of the vehicle to determine if my stroller would fit and that we'd also like prices. He insisted we complete this online survey with him. It asked for details to run my credit and all my personal details. He tried to trick me into completing everything, but I just skipped over most of it. At then end it asked me to rate my experience on his computer. I told him I was putting zero as I didn't like the experience of being asked this info when all I wanted was to see the 2 vehicles I had mentioned. He said that the rating was for him specifically and basically asked me to give him full stars. Keep in mind he is right there as I am doing this...it was so awkward. After this, no list magically appeared of vehicles that matched what I was looking for. He just finally went and got the keys to the 2 vehicles we had asked about. We asked for the prices as well. He said he would tell us on the walk out...which he didn't do. Once we looked at the vehicles and I asked the prices again he said he had to get one of his managers to go over prices so we asked him to go inside and find out. It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience and because of this I decided I wouldn't look any further into buying a Ford (even though that was originally my 1st choice). We never got one straight answer. It was a complete waste of an hour. More
