Overall good experience! Frank was excellent and between him and Sid we were notified pretty quick when someone had cancelled their order and we could pick up our car the Frank was excellent and between him and Sid we were notified pretty quick when someone had cancelled their order and we could pick up our car the next day vs the original delivery of closer to august or later due to the port strike. The car had far more features than we thought it did so thank you going through it with us. Sale was fast and efficient and we love our new Kona. Frank: 5/5 Dealership as a whole: 4/5 More

Bought a New Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Sid at lougheed Hyundai Dealership and received nothing but the absolute best service and support throughout the whole purchasing process. He was professional, very Hyundai Dealership and received nothing but the absolute best service and support throughout the whole purchasing process. He was professional, very courteous and extremely helpful. we thought we would have to wait 4 months after being on the waiting list for only a month and got exactly what we wanted. opted for extended warranty. I would highly recommend Sid. i wouldn't deal with anyone else. This is my 2nd car purchase from Sid and will definitely reach out to him again on any future purchases and will refer my friends and family. Thanks so much Sid. very much appreciate it More
During the vehicle pick-up, the finance department informed me that I was entitled to two free key replacements should I lose my keys. As a first-time Hyundai vehicle owner, I accepted this without mu informed me that I was entitled to two free key replacements should I lose my keys. As a first-time Hyundai vehicle owner, I accepted this without much thought, assuming that this was standard for the brand. However, upon reviewing the purchase agreement the next day, I discovered a $599 charge labeled "Care Package" for a Platinum Key & Remote Exchange Service provided by Platinum Autocare/First Canadian Protection Products (FCPP). I realized that this was likely the corresponding charge for the supposed "free" key replacements. I noticed a "Termination" section on the next page of the agreement, which indicated that I could cancel the agreement within 30 days of the agreement purchase date so long as Services weren't rendered. Therefore, since I had not yet used any key replacements, I contacted the dealer and requested the policy's cancellation within the 30-day timeframe. The dealer responded, saying "The customer care package for $599 is a dealership fee and can not be cancelled." This was their exact wording. But perhaps I made a mistake somewhere? Maybe there was something within the contract that I missed. I contacted FCPP, the policy writer, who confirmed that I was still within the timeframe and could cancel the policy. I contacted the dealer again, requesting the cancellation of the policy. The dealer then called me and provided several reasons why I should retain the Care package. They even attempted to gaslight me, stating that I received free floor mats and wheel locks that amounted to nearly the cost of the policy, implying that keeping the policy would be in my best interest. However, I was not aware that receiving these accessories as gifts were conditional to purchasing the Care package. The Care package only listed the key replacements so I'm not sure why the free floor mats and wheelocks were being held against me when they "gifted" them to me in the first place. Although I could have reviewed the agreement more carefully or requested that the line item be removed before signing in person, the fact of the matter is I was well within my right to cancel the policy based on the underwriting company's agreement, yet the dealer acted as if this fee cannot be cancelled even though they're bound, by agreement, by the policy provider to adhere to the terms of the contract. Unfortunately, the dealer did not respond to my last request to cancel, and I only discovered that they had canceled the "non-cancelable" policy when I contacted FCPP the next day on the status of my policy. This whole altercation with Lougheed Hyundai had left a sour taste in my mouth and left a lot to be desired. There was a window of opportunity to make it right, but instead I was blatantly lied to point blank. I can't blame Frank nor the finance team. But I hope the management can see this as an opportunity to properly train their employees. What's the value of a customer relationship for future service appointments, vehicle purchases, referrals, and a positive gleaming experience? Unfortunately, for Lougheed Hyundai, their reputation is merely worth $599. Please read the fine print and know that you have a right to cancel and/or opt out of things you don't need even after you've signed the contract! More

Sid (sales) took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each vehicle we were interested in and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. upon delivery, he took the time to go over the vehicle, clearly explaining what we needed to know. Mika and Alfred (finance) extended the same kind of customer experience. likewise, Monica from the service department. i definitely recommend this dealership! More
