The service dept. is not very professional. They do not keep good records or appointments. I booked a loaner car twice in a row and they did not have the booking. F is not very professional. For service I had told them to fix the trim on the door and in two services this was not done. Last time they said they were unable to find the problem as they were looking in the wrong place and could not see it. A simple phone call to me would have solved the problem except they did not call me. I was asked to book another appt. which I will but just someplace else. More

Went to Lougheed Hyundai a couple of years ago when I saw a black and lime green Venue there. Turns out it sold before I could make up my mind. The staff were very helpfull at the time. Fast forward to April this year and I knew exactly what I wanted, (Hyundai Venue Essential, red with black roof) went back to see Sid but he was off work with an injury. Enter Frank DeMichele, he said he was taking care of Sids work, I explained that I wanted a basic model and he made sure I understood what I was getting and so he ordered it for me. Simple, polite, no hassle. A few months later the car arrived he explained the features and off I went. Sid is a total crook, sold me a lemon car with bunch of issues. Had to get car towed 3 times, paid for towing out of pocket. Had to pay to get it fixed out of pocket as well. When I reached out to him issues. Had to get car towed 3 times, paid for towing out of pocket. Had to pay to get it fixed out of pocket as well. When I reached out to him, he took absolute zero responsibility and offered zero help. Forget offering help, he was not even apologetic for selling me a lemon. I am out of 2000 dollars that i have spent on car that passed their so called safety inspection. Stay away from this dealership and specifically SID. More
