Instead, I was met with arrogance, attitude, and zero willingness to help. The manager, Andrew, was especially rude speaking to me as if I was inconveniencing him just for asking a simple question. This is not how a Kia representative should treat a customer. The complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. I will never go back, and I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice. There are plenty of Kia dealers who actually value their customers, this one clearly doesn’t. More

The sellers lady Katie Wu, she is a dishonest sells person, she claimed she gave me the best price on discount up to $2800, after the transaction done a few days later, I found out I was been fooled by person, she claimed she gave me the best price on discount up to $2800, after the transaction done a few days later, I found out I was been fooled by her by claiming she took out some xx' package which were add up to $2800 created by dealership, it makes me actually paid almost full MSRP price. I was mad and confront her that she being dishonest to me, she answered there is nothing she could do and then silenced. I was even kind enough to refer one of my staff to purchased another Kia vehicle from her before I found it out. I will never buy or refer anyone to this dealership again. More
This rating pertains to our cash purchase of a new vehicle with no trade-in. We have not yet visited the Service Department as the vehicle is too new. Afterwards, our sales consultant Parko Tai explained every line item in the sales proposal, and was very accommodating in meeting our needs. He made sure the vehicle was in mint condition when we picked it up. It was important to us that we could make the purchase decision on our own terms. More
