Wait times ar way to long! ! Made an appointment because my trim is falling off my vehicle. Go to schedule appointment, was uphold an oil change. The " Part" for my vehicle h ! I called over a week ago, about the trim coming off the door ( a known issue and also an up coming recall) when I dropped the car off, I asked specifically would they be replacing "all" of the trim, the associate agreed that is should. When I pick my vehicle up I am informed the trim piece has been ordered and I will have to come back at a later date, as well they are only replacing the one piece of trim, not all! Now, because I work out of town, I will have to take another day off work, as well as when the other pieces of trim fall off. More
