Very slow and uninteresting The rep I talked to about a new car was very slow! Sounded like he didn't know anything about cars and was just following a list when showing the car. The rep I talked to about a new car was very slow! Sounded like he didn't know anything about cars and was just following a list when showing the car. And what's with the need for knowing where I live and what car I have before even showing me the car I want to buy! More
They don't care about you. They care about your money. Didn't really like the fact that I had to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change. Very pushy Service Advisor. I'll never go back there again. Lack integrity I was looking for a Civic. So, I visited London Honda and dealt with a sales manager that offered me $ 100 over the "12 gift of christmas". He said I was looking for a Civic. So, I visited London Honda and dealt with a sales manager that offered me $ 100 over the "12 gift of christmas". He said he wasn't interested in our trade-in (yet the discount got input in the "Trade-in" field). Since I was buying a 2015 Civic at the end of the year, I thought they could do better. I walked. They called me next week promising that I'd get a better deal. I insisted that I didn't want to waste 45 mins of my time driving in and talking to them if they weren't serious. Once again I was assured. So, I went in. I dealt with the business Manager Rob Collier who ignored the previous deal I was given and repeatedly insisted "Pay full price or leave", even unwilling to offer the "12 gifts of Christmas" promotion that they had advertised. I'm glad I didn't give them my business as I saved more than $ 2000 at another dealership. Watch for their "Trade-in" scam, if you mention a trade-in, either they will put a higher value in there (and state "Retail value) and later refuse to give you what is put down (since they stated "retail value") or put your trade-in and mention that they're not considering your trade. We've bought 4 cars in past 2 years and gave London Honda a chance every time, but found them to employ high pressure tactics and scams on every occasion. As a result, none of them were bought from them. More
Too many visits for my comfort I purchased an Accord from the dealer and shortly after driving I heard a "clicking" noise when coming to a stop on very hot days. The noise was a fam I purchased an Accord from the dealer and shortly after driving I heard a "clicking" noise when coming to a stop on very hot days. The noise was a familiar noise and I knew right away it was a ball joint. After doing some digging I found a service bulletin online with the exact symptons. I printed out a copy and went in to the dealer. It took 3 visits, where each time they said there is no noise. When asked about looking into the service bulletin, they completely ignored the information I provided them. On the fourth visit I went with the technician and he acknowledged the noise. After taking the vehicle in to inspect he came back indicating the noise was actually from the steering rack. It was leaking fluid. I was surprised, but trusting them I agreed to leting them replace the steering rack. When the repair was complete, I took the car for a test drive and I was still hearing the click noise. Upset, I returned to the dealer and was told that rack still needed replacing and I would not be refunded. I told them they didn't fix the original problem. I even showed them the service bulletin and they still ignored the information. I escalated to the service manager and asked that they open a ticket with the honda tech line, to which I later find out no ticket was opened. In the end they still acknowledged a sound but were not certain to the cause. I told them to replace the lower ball joints. Low and behold the ball joints were replaced and the noise was gone! I told them that no customer should have to go through over 5 visits to try and get something fixed - especially when the customer gives you guys the information to solve quickly. More

About a year after the purchase of this car I decided to take my car to another mechanic because I wasn't noticing any difference in my car after London Honda claimed to fix my car, my other mechanic told me that the work I had paid London Honda to do was never done, my mechanic even kept the timing belt to show me it had never been changed which I paid London Honda to do. When I went to London Honda to try and resolve this issue they told me they would give me a 15% discount on my next repair. I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel taken advantage of and I feel like I made a very bad choice. As well I had the same problem with the gas card, they told me that I was getting a very good price on the car so I don't get the gas card. More
My wife and I have had our 2008 CR-V L Navi for a few days now. It seems like it is going to be an excellent vehicle with extremely low mileage. However, our dealings with London Honda were not so posi days now. It seems like it is going to be an excellent vehicle with extremely low mileage. However, our dealings with London Honda were not so positive. I first viewed the car mid-afternoon on a Friday while creating a short list for my wife and I to view later. I was given a price for the vehicle and returned with my wife within 3 to 4 hours. The price was now $900 more than originally quoted. That was the first insult. The dealership had a well advertised promotion that weekend. If you purchase a new or used vehicle you receive a $200 gas card. My wife and I returned the next afternoon and negotiated what I thought to be on the high end of a fair price, which I was content with due to the low mileage and excellent condition of the car. After negotiating the deal I reminded the salesperson of the promotion, to which he said something like: "You got such a good deal on the car that you won't get the gas card". At no point during our negotiations was this discussed. They flat out refused to give us the advertised promotion. That was the second insult. Any attempt had having that rectified has fallen short. During our discussion I asked if the dealership provided any used car warranty. I was told 30 days. When my wife and I picked up the car I asked for something in writing to verify the warranty. I was told that they would honour the requirements of the safety check but there was no mechanical warranty on the car. Insult number 3. I feel used and abused after the purchase of this vehicle and have no intention of ever darkening the door of London Honda again; unless it is to pick up my $200 gift card and confirmation of a 30 day warranty. I'm not holding my breath. More
