Chris Butters was outstanding. He not only gave me the extensive info on London Honda's car, but looked up the background of a similar car for me at another dealership so I could t He not only gave me the extensive info on London Honda's car, but looked up the background of a similar car for me at another dealership so I could try and get the best deal possible! Ishani at London Honda was also very helpful and courteous, as was Joe, Brad and Harry from the sales team. Harry in management worked out a fair deal for me, and Joe and Brad were super attentive sales people. In fact Joe repaired an issue with the car himself - something the service department had trouble with. A truly top notch dealership! Highly recommended. More

They are very good and I trust their work in the Service Department. Paulo takes care of my car. He goes above and beyond try to please the Customers. The Parts Department are always Helpful. Everything about the service itself was excellent! !! From the check in, to the updates thru out the day were great The reason for the 4 star review has to do with the ride back to the dealership. !!
