Hi Rose, Thank you for providing your feedback and our sincere apologies for your experience. You are absolutely correct in that a simple service such as an oil change should not take over 31/2 hours. Generally speaking, a service like this should be completed in less than an hour and that also includes a multi-point inspection (mandatory, regardless of mileage) and allows us time to wash your vehicle. Regardless of tire swap season, we cannot guarantee a wait time for walk-ins as appointments that have booked in advance take priority but we do try to accommodate as best we can. This is obviously not how we want our customers feeling after bringing their vehicles to us. We will give your feedback to our team to make improvements. Sincerely, London Honda
