It was so refreshing to work with someone who didn’t make it feel at all like a sales pitch......instead you felt like you were being informed and advised by a professional who was working “with” you. Anyone who goes into this dealership and requests him will be very pleased. Kylie was also a lovely person to deal with. Adam, the manager, made a point of coming and greeting us, which was a nice touch. All and all, this dealership has done a fantastic job of creating a wonderful end to end experience for customers that serves the Lexus brand very well. Amazing experience !! I was car shopping for a new car, as a gift to myself for my birthday with the help of my dad. I went to other dealerships, but before that we had met I was car shopping for a new car, as a gift to myself for my birthday with the help of my dad. I went to other dealerships, but before that we had met with sue to get details about the suv’s. As my dad had purchased his first Lexus at Lexus of London, he wanted me to see what amazing cars they offer. We told her we would keep looking and maybe come back. After, going to different dealerships, I realized how much a Lexus suv would be suitable for me with all the safety features that are on the vehicle. We quickly went back to sue, and purchased a car with her. The reason why I wanted to purchase a vehicle at Lexus of London was because of Sue. Sue is soo kind and knowledgeable. I was persuaded by all the information she shared with us, and I knew I didn’t wanna go anywhere else because she really knows what she’s doing. I felt comfortable with the atmosphere and how helpful sue is. I am in love with my vehicle and soo thankful I for sue, she is amazing in sales. Thank you sue, for everything !! More

Rob was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicles he showed me. Above all, he wasn't pushy and made sure I had all of the info I needed to make my purchasing decision. I'm now a proud owner of a 2016 RX350 and very pleased with the purchasing experience. I should note that when I picked up the vehicle, he spent 30 minutes reviewing the car with my wife and I and called a week later to follow-up to see if I had any additional questions. Hopefull Very happy with my SUV, the only problem was. I was supposed to get the protective cover on the front of the car and around the handles. I was told when I picked up the vehicle two weeks ago they will contact me to get it done. Nobody has called me yet??? I am hoping this is not a sign of things to come with future service requirements. You may be very busy but I feel I should have at least got a call so I know I am not forgotten. Thanks, Dave. More
