My husband and I went to seven different dealers looking for a used vehicle and were disgusted in the service. We decided to take a drive out to Leduc to see what the dealers there had. From the beginning to the end of my car buying experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down pa experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down payment on an SUV, when I wanted out of the deal they basically said No we aren't refunding you the 1000$...Lornel and Scott counselled me through this ordeal...and Ron brought me into his office and offered to cover 1/2 my down if they didn't refund it. (Which they eventually did refund) What a generous offer! One I won't forget! I am very Leary of Car salesman and this team has restored my faith in trusting this industry. I will recommend Leduc Hyundai to everyone I know. I Love my Tuscon and would definitely by from Leduc Hyundai again. Kudos to you all for your professionalism and friendliness! More

Initially, I met with Kevin who was friendly and who actually listened to my vehicle needs. He then introduced me to Jaimon who took me for a test drive and explained the features of the vehicle. Jaimon Kidd knows his stuff! He was informative and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation! Once I had made the decision to make the purchase I was directed to Scott in finance. The quality I liked most about Scott was that he didn't waste my time and I didn't feel like a hostage being pressured to buy "add-on's"! The whole process took about 30 minutes! Overall, the quality I like most about Leduc Hyundai is that I felt Kevin, Jaimon and Scott went above and beyond to meet my needs! For example, they brought my vehicle in from Prince George, BC to meet my color want and when I brought my vehicle in to get the 3M and paint protector treatments they filled my tank with gas!
