Customer service at a car dealership is not a myth I was looking for a specific vehicle and found two listed in the Edmonton area. One at Leduc Hyundai and another at a GM/ Cadillac dealership in Edmo I was looking for a specific vehicle and found two listed in the Edmonton area. One at Leduc Hyundai and another at a GM/ Cadillac dealership in Edmonton. I e-mailed both dealerships to see if the cars were still on the lot. Kevin Lovig responded promptly and provided the VIN and a CarProof for the car. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and comfortable by the entire staff. It was a refreshing to see that genuine Customer Service can exist at Car Dealership. Real Binette was focused and very professional through out the entire deal. Trevor in finance was no different.Hats off to all the gals and guys at Leduc Hyundai. Kevin you have a great team here . I will be sure to spread the word about this gem of a dealership. From the beginning to the end of my car buying experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down pa experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down payment on an SUV, when I wanted out of the deal they basically said No we aren't refunding you the 1000$...Lornel and Scott counselled me through this ordeal...and Ron brought me into his office and offered to cover 1/2 my down if they didn't refund it. (Which they eventually did refund) What a generous offer! One I won't forget! I am very Leary of Car salesman and this team has restored my faith in trusting this industry. I will recommend Leduc Hyundai to everyone I know. I Love my Tuscon and would definitely by from Leduc Hyundai again. Kudos to you all for your professionalism and friendliness! More
