Drop in seat belt repair My daughter was bored on the drive home and ended up getting the seatbelt caught on the cup holder. When a slight mix up was discovered during delivery they were quick to offer a solution to make it right and we feel that that says a lot about their customer service - mistakes happen but how they're dealt with goes a long way. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great service. More

Customer service at a car dealership is not a myth I was looking for a specific vehicle and found two listed in the Edmonton area. One at Leduc Hyundai and another at a GM/ Cadillac dealership in Edmo I was looking for a specific vehicle and found two listed in the Edmonton area. One at Leduc Hyundai and another at a GM/ Cadillac dealership in Edmonton. I e-mailed both dealerships to see if the cars were still on the lot. Kevin Lovig responded promptly and provided the VIN and a CarProof for the car. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and comfortable by the entire staff. It was a refreshing to see that genuine Customer Service can exist at Car Dealership. Real Binette was focused and very professional through out the entire deal. Trevor in finance was no different.Hats off to all the gals and guys at Leduc Hyundai. Kevin you have a great team here . I will be sure to spread the word about this gem of a dealership.
