I honestly say Leduc Hyundai was the most reasonable dealership I visited. I loved they weren't pushy; the staff were personable and warm; and the sales pitch was straight forward -no games. I ended up buying my vehicle from them:) if you want a laid back dealership with staff who are down to earth, this is your place. More

Very pleasant buying experience I was looking for a new car, and I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I was also looking for 0% down and 0% interest. Leduc Hyundai was the fifth dealership I visited. In every case,I walked in, stated what I wanted and my budget. Ashley was the only salesperson who didn't try to sell me more than what I wanted, with a bigger price tag. She showed me a model that was $1,000.00 below what I had stated as my budget but there was a couple of things missing in that car that I wanted ( A/C and automatic transmission). So she showed me the next model up, warning me that it would be about $1,000.00 above my budget and included some things I hadn't specified. We went for a drive, I felt very comfortable in the car, and loved the way it handled. What I appreciated the most was that she respected what I asked for, as well as my budget. She didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. When I asked for numbers, she gave them without hesitation. More

If you are looking for a no pressure atmosphere I would recommend this store 6/5 stars. They had the cheapest price on my 2014 Gen coupe with some extras at no extra cost! The dealership is clean and quite. No loud music or sales people rushing over, and certainly will let you take your time with the decision. Give this dealership a chance and they will make it worth your while! More

New Vehicle purchase. Wow, where do I start. It was at the auto show where I was looking at the new Santa Fe SUV when I ran into Lornel. We had a nice chat about the vehicl Wow, where do I start. We had a nice chat about the vehicle and she convinced me to come out to the Leduc Dealership where she worked out of, and said that they will treat me right. I'm from Sherwood Park but hey if the deal is better why not, as I was shopping for a new Santa Fe anyway. Prior to going into the dealership, Lornel got the ball rolling by getting all my information and requirements on the Vehicle I was looking for. She got a draft done up with a price with all my options and my trade in value. The offer was fair enough in order for me to come out to Leduc. Lornel took me for a test drive first when I got out there and went through all the features and benefits of the new Santa Fe. Lornel is very professional and knowledgeable and has a great friendly personality which made me feel even that much more comfortable. After the test drive, we went inside a banged out a fair deal for both side's. I sign it that very night and it did not take hour's of going back and forth. Seeing that there was not a White one in stock Lornel was able to track one down from another dealership. Today May.16,2014 I picked up my new ride. Everything was perfect when I picked it up. All the people were great to deal with. I will for sure recommend Leduc Hyundai to anyone I know looking for a vehicle and Kudo's especially to Lornel Mitchell, she did an amazing job from start to finish. Great Sales lady and a great person who care's and put's in a 110% effort. Leduc Hyundai is very lucky to have a gem of a sales lady like Lornel.
