Chevy owner but prefer Hyundai service dept. I started going to Leduc Hyundai for oil changes since my Chevy dealership started charging me $60 for a 2.4 L oil change. Turns out, not only did I get an oil change for $39 (due to a more expensive oil filter) I received GREAT service and continued to go here for my oil changes. I recently bought a new GMC and was getting the run around from my dealer on a tire sensor that wasn't reading. So I decided to see if the friendly service department at Hyundai would be willing to take a look for me. Not only did they tell me exactly what was wrong but fixed it for me in 30 minutes, and charged me far less than I had anticipated! I love the guys in he service department at Leduc Hyundai and I will continue to give them my business and spread the word about what great work they do. More

I had done a lot of research on other makes/models before landing here and test driving a 2015 Santa Fe. The experience was pleasant, The salesman, Michael Manchak, was very helpful and answered all of our questions patiently. We were able to work out a deal that was very fair both myself and for them. Once we were handed off to Sarah MacEwan the experience did not change. She was very friendly, took the time to explain all of our options, and did not try to push things on my wife and I we were not interested in. It was a very nice change of pace compared to other car buying experiences I have had in the past, all with different dealerships. I certainly recommend giving them a try. More

The bank was taking some time with the financing as I bought on a long weekend and Scott Wilson was amazing at keeping in contact with me and letting me know where we were at. When I finally got the approval Sarah McEwan was amazing at explaining the financing process and all my options. Overall amazing experience as a first time buyer at a dealership. Will discussed purchase with me but without any pressure. To help confirm my decision I was offered the chance to test drive cars from other makers. We maintained contact until I bought the car ten days later.The most economical ways to purchase were explained to me. All staff were helpful. Altogether a very positive experience. More
