Very helpful and honest! I was looking into buying my first brand new vehicle and was interested in the new Tucson. We happened to be in Edmonton for a personal business trip (since we live in Northern AB) and had read that Leduc Hyundai had great reviews so we decided to drive out and see them. We met Shantelle when she came out to greet us and answer any questions we had. I didn't end up purchasing my vehicle until about three weeks from my first visit but Shantelle was very helpful to text and email throughout the entire process. I chose to purchase a vehicle from Leduc Hyundai over a dealership in our town simply because they had superior customer service and they were honest and amazing to deal with. Thank you so much! I went in to purchase and trade, this was going to be my car, and my husband accompanied me to several dealerships. All with the exception of Leduc Hyundai and Shantelle, only spoke with my husband. Shantelle was awesome in dealing with us both, but asking me the questions, speaking directly with me and including my husband as well. No where did I receive that service. Made the difference in purchase as did the value, the options that come with, knocked Audi and Nissan out of the park. She was great and honest. Can't thank her enough. Even though I wasn't looking for one of their new vehicles, (unemployed & wrote off my old truck) their website listed a Buick Sedan in my low price range. When we (same sex couple of over 30 years) showed up, Shantelle treated us professionally without attitude or judgement. She helped make the experience less stressful as I hate the whole vehicle shopping experience. I never expected to buy something the first day test driving. Their "pre-sale" servicing was documented to the point where all the checkpoints were in compliance. Other lower-priced dealers we tried the same day were selling cheap, but the list of items deemed "non-compliant" was hundreds and thousands of dollars more. (repairs deemed immediate). When I'm employed again I will go to LEDUC HYUNDAI when I'm ready to get something newer and take advantage of their optional "Ultimate Star Series Global Warranty" that covers multiple items and systems.
