This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about the cars in the Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep family mini vans. He explained the difference very well that, there were no hidden agenda, with respect to the sales we made. My children liked the Dodge van that purchased, my wife keeps falling love with this van every day as we discover new positive things about the van. I dare say everybody is happy and the family is extremely pleased with this purchase. On gas/fuel this fits our budget and we have extra to spend on the financing, which was a big bonus. The terms are reasonable and very much what we needed, given our financial position. Thanks to Paulo, his manager, the financing team, the customer service and the parts unit ( when I needed some clarification on the operation of the van) To the entire team there, we say 'ayekoo', meaning well done in a local African, Akan dialect. Terrible experience This was the first and last time I will ever visit this dealership. My husband and I were on a hunt for vehicle. We had a price point and a budget in mind, and when approached by the salesman let him know. we decided to do a pre-approval to see what our options were, and that's where it started. Unprofessional work area,while filling out these pamphlets soccer balls were flying everywhere it was a gong show. He took us outside and we test drove some vehicles, by the time we came back, he said "so I'm bouncing between customers your approved just let me know which one you want to buy "No explanations, no options, we didn't even know how much we were approved for.needless to say we left, a week later we are in a brand new vehicle, bought from maple ridge Chrysler, and that, was the best experience ever. Don't waste your time here or your points by doing a pre approval. More

I was set on purchasing my new Jeep from Guildford Jeep and Dodge because I thought they had good customer service and I thought they were fair. When we came in to meet Steven we were absolutely blown away by how personable he was and accomodating to our needs and our desires in our new vehicle, we ended up driving out of the lot THAT day in a new jeep, a feat we had never experienced in any previous dealership. Also would like to give a shout out to Jen as she took the time to explain and answer every question we had even though it felt like we had a million questions. Every one was very patient with us and kind which is something that goes a long way when it comes to making a big purchase. We love how they worked as a well oiled machine (pun intended) to get us happy and get the rates that best suited our financial needs.
