First one we entered, stood for 10 mins, no one bother to greet us, not even the receptionist. So we stepped out and went to another dealer. At the beginning the salesman was quite helpful until he saw 3 potential buyers and then left us behind without any reason. We went online and checked the auto trader ads. Yucan of Langley Chrysler emailed us back immediately with full details and we made the appointment with him the next day. We feel he is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Especially impressed by his undivided attention that he gave to us. We were very happy with his service and bought the minivan immediately. Thanks again Yucan to help us to get what we wanted. I will definitely refer my family or friends to you if they buy the Dodge or Chrysler in the near future. More

Guilt trip I dealt with Darcy and Denise. I was there on two occasions working out a deal. We settled on a used vehicle. I didn't sign on the dotted line as I wa I dealt with Darcy and Denise. I was there on two occasions working out a deal. We settled on a used vehicle. I didn't sign on the dotted line as I wanted to check my other options. The next day, I checked out Go Dodge in Surrey. In less than an hour I did sign on the dotted line for a vehicle. I sent Darcy and Denise a polite thank you for all their time and that I might even visit them in the future. Darcy proceeded to call me and leave a voicemail stating that I basically wasted her time and made her feel stupid. I then received a similar text from Denise similarly stating that I had wasted her time. My right as a consumer is to shop around for the best deal, especially for a large purchase such as a vehicle. I guess if Go Dodge could give me a better deal in an hour then Denise and Darcy could get in two days. Who wasted who's time here? More
