I noticed my car's brake lights were always on. Suspected it was brake sensors because it was hard to get it out of park. Took it in and they confirmed my suspicions. Cost me $200 too! Got booked in the next day(because the diagnostic took all day), they call in the afternoon to tell me they accidentally ordered the wrong part. How does that even happen? My recent purchase 2022 traverse had some issues with the application of the paint protection film. I've always been nervous to go to a dealership because of all the people getting pressured, I was greeted by Dustin Lepko, and I cannot thank him enough for his help. Not once did I feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted and helped me through the entire process. Highly recommend dealing with Dustin Lopek. I have never had many salesmen care after the sale has been made but Dustin Lopek went above and beyond before, during and after the sale. Lakewood is lucky to have him and ANTHONY ACIELO because it's customer service like his that brings them business I would highly recommend if you were looking for a new or new to your vehicle that you go into Lakewood and ask for Dustin Lopek you will leave happy, and he will do everything to make sure you stay that way!
