Drove directly to Lakewood service department with visions of transmission or transfer case replacement dancing in my head. But I was greeted by a very friendly and knowlegeable service rep . Erika put my mind to ease with her confident analysis of the problem and confirming there was a service notice on the problem and would be repaired today at no charge. And it was I was on my way in under 3 hours. From what could have been a very depressing weekend turned out to be exceptional, Erica , the mechanic and GM exceeded all my expectations with excellent service, and repairing an 8 year old vehicle free of charge because they had identified an issue with a component, knew there was an issue, and fixed it hassle free. More
