No waiting for an appointment sometime in the future. Explained my Service needs to James, who correctly captured them in the work order. One item was even diagnosed in the service bay with James and Corey Bates. They explained to me in very understandable terms what was happening and it was normal. They also said they they would also have the tech look it over to be sure. I was satisfied with their explanation. I asked if I could wait for my truck and James said no problem. He would update me as required. James came out a half hour later to give me this update and let me know how things were progressing. This is such excellent customer service from James.
