They treated me like royalty-answered all of my questions and were very friendly yet professional. The finance department did an amazing job at getting me what I wanted-a new Ford Escape. When picking my car up, I was late getting to the dealership, but Shelley and Chuck waited for me to make sure everything went smooth. I would recommend Koch Ford to all of my family and friends.
