The purchase price and knowledge of the product given by the employees listed above finalized my decision to purchase with them instead of the dealers in Calgary and surrounding areas. I was introduced to all the managers and service staff and would drive from Calgary just to have my services performed there. The dealership is very modern and customer friendly. Robert Mahoney in the finance office went into detail explaining not only the documentation well but all the great things about this dealership and how each customer is like family. It is nice that the staff makes you feel comfortable and not pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their Ford. More

I had brought my travel trailer in with me to verify colour. the truck we both had picked( platinum) was the wrong shade of white. so chase arranged for another vehicle and we found one that worked..we then proceeded to find the exact one with the colour I choose and the options I wanted. And away we went. and today i'm driving my brand new f350 super duty from Chase and Koch Ford More
