AMAZING SERVICE RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started eating away at the dash ...not wanting to be stuck with this damage, i went back to KOCH and asked for help....Ford said they would not cover it. thats it right???? Jayme and Rob went out of there way to find me the vehicle that I needed at the price I needed (significantly less than the quotes from the Calgary dealers). They also got me $1000 more on my trade in than any of the Calgary dealers were offering. The service and attention I received at Koch far exceeded my expectations and past experiences. Dealt with Tom Vandeweide who was a wealth of knowledge when asking questions. Always had an answer to the questions when asked. Never once had the feeling like we were just another sale as We were treated fantastically from the moment we started looking. Over the course of the purchase all our inquiries were treated promptly and professionally. When it came to the logistical side of things Patrick was also very easy to work with and also had answers to all of our questions. Overall the experience was great. Although this was our first purchase from Koch I've been bringing my truck there for regular maintenance for about seven years now and since then I've always been treated great. Mirza and Blair have been wonderful to deal with and have always properly advised me of the things that have had to get serviced right away and have told me when things can wait. Never any pressure to get things done when it isn't required. Again, always a great experience when it comes to the service dept. Overall it has been a pleasure dealing with all at Koch Ford/Lincoln. The finance person I dealt with would definitely benefit by being more organized, but the gentleman I worked was friendly and a delight to talk to. I then received another email from another member of the team to ensure I was looked after. After getting in touch, I was able to find a model that met my needs, without any pressure to make a decision. Info was provided in a timely manner and the conversations were always very professional. I am happy with experience I had and would recommend others to this dealership. More
