Aryan was the one who helped me and found deals that I might be interested in. He was the most friendly and easy going sales person that I've dealt with. I ended up buying a 2013 Ford Taurus from him after 3 weeks and I love it! Although there were minor problems with the back-up camera and the trunk, I took the car back for service and had the problems fixed with a 3-month warranty provided by the dealership. The staff in service kept me updated during the entire time and the car came back with no problems any more. More

I am just as excited about my new car as I am about the experience I had at Koch – never thought I would say that about a dealership!! I had the pleasure of working with Maurice Tellier, and the friendly warm service he provided me was so incredible I was kind of sad when the deal was done! I mean I was ecstatic over my purchase, but I had built such a solid relationship with Maurice I was a little disappointed I wouldn’t get to talk to him as much!! I purchased a stunning used 2015 Ford Fusion SE loaded with all the features I wanted!!! The price was exactly what I wanted to spend, and the service from both Maurice and the Finance department was first class. As a single woman purchasing a car I am always a little leery going onto car lots as experiences in the past have left me a little uncomfortable with the process; having talked to other ladies I know I am not the only one who has had this happen. This wasn’t the case at all at Koch. I felt welcomed, respected, and treated like an equal by everyone I encountered – it was incredibly refreshing!!! Maurice was friendly, not at all pushy, and really listened me! I was so comfortable and so confident in my decision because of him I haven’t stopped talking about it! The customer service from both the dealership and Ford has been outstanding as they have answered every single one of my questions and delivered on everything they have promised. I loved the selection of vehicles they had, the way the employees interacted with me, and of course the experience of working with Maurice. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I would recommend Koch Ford to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. Incidentally this is the 7th car members of my family have purchased from Koch, and there is a reason for it! From the sales to the service department they always seem to find a way to make you feel like their one and only customer! Thank you Maurice for everything!! More

No consideration I took my car there for warranty issues, they had to do service for 3 days, they did not even pay for my rental, very inconsistent, when i talked I took my car there for warranty issues, they had to do service for 3 days, they did not even pay for my rental, very inconsistent, when i talked to another employee that was there, and i was familiar with, she said, "if i would have been assigned in service, you shouldn't have to pay for your rental."it doesn't make sense. I had loss of use because of something that wasn't my fault, but the fault of poor product quality of ford, but i still ended up paying for a rental vehicle. Will never go back there for maintenance, ever! More

All of the staff are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We had been shopping around for a new vehicle with various car dealers. Unfortunately the manager at the time, started an argument with us, which almost made us leave mid-deal and not come back. I did not appreciate being spoken in such a harsh, manner. I also did not like the overall finance part of the deal either, as the individual we were dealing, myself and the person who actually created the deal (whom I believe to be the manager) did not discuss at any time the logistics of that deal, therefore leaving room for many misunderstandings, without appropriate explanation, leading to that argument with the manager. I have never been in a position where we are in the process of purchasing a vehicle where I have ever gotten into an argument, ever with anyone. In purchasing a vehicle, it is very important to explain all details, including all of the numbers, and whether anything has been added on for additional charge without the purchasers knowledge, such as tire warranty for an additional $499. I did not only not ask for that, but was told by the financing individual that it was added on, and he wasn't sure why, so once again we were waiting for an explanation. There was a huge disconnect between the final numbers on the deal, the individual who finalized the deal and the financing manager. This part of the deal was terrible, unfortunately, start to finish. More
