WOW.... AMAZING SERVICE RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started eating away at the dash ...not wanting to be stuck with this damage, i went back to KOCH and asked for help....Ford said they would not cover it. thats it right????
