Best Sales and Service Ever. We went to Koch to look for a used truck in 2015. We decided to look at new and were offered an amazing deal. We took it and bought a new diesel. The Salesperson was amazing to deal with as were all the other people. Best part - NO pressure. This time in October 2017, we decided to get rid of our old 1999 truck and immediately though of Koch. So glad we did, again, NO Pressure! They are 2.5 hours away from us and they are worth every second of travel. Great Salesman to Deal With Ron was really great to deal with, straightforward and we did not feel pressured at any time by him. We took our time to make our decision and when it was time to discuss a deal he worked with us and his team to make the trade work for us. On the day of pick up the delivery process was thorough and we were provided with lots of information on our car and it maintenance history, functions, etc. The only constructive criticism we have for the used car sales team is less about Ron and more about the dealership in general: When we went to pick up the car the polish job was embarrassingly awful. Ron informed us that the dealership contracts an outside person to come in and detail the used cars. He quickly had someone from the Koch team take the car into the back (I think his name was Aiden?) and work his magic, and that car came out of the back looking like a whole different brand new car. Unfortunately Some of the wax that the contractor had used became white and flakey and is still stuck in crevices that are impossible to clean out on the car. I would highly recommend Koch stop wasting money on the contractor and pay their own talented people to make their used cars sale ready. More

Great service department The service department was fantastic, especially Blair Martin the service manager! I brought my truck in with a knocking noise in the engine and fro The service department was fantastic, especially Blair Martin the service manager! I brought my truck in with a knocking noise in the engine and from all the forums on the internet with people dealing with the same issue I figured I was in for a fight. Other owners around North America with the same issue usually ended up having to hire a lawyer before Ford would do anything for them. This was not the case at Koch, Blair Martin took care of my case personally. The process is the process and it did take a couple of weeks but Blair phoned me every day and updated me on where we were in the process. In the end I got everything I was hoping for and all under warranty. I am very happy with the service I received. More
