My Ford Team I purchased my truck at Koch in 2012. Tim went over and above to help with the purchase. Blair made it comfortable to actually trust a service department and the work that is done on your vehicle thank you Blair. Since new service personal have arrived they are really good. Hats off to Blair for the work he does with the new members. I really like the care that is at Koch. They no that I budget plan for the truck servicing and they always let me know the approx.. cost in advance. They call right away if there is something that has come up on the servicing that was noted prior and let me know what additional cost there will be or if it will be okay until my next service. They ensure that a rental truck is always ready for me so I don't have down time from work. They always take time to go thru the invoice with you. My Ford Team has keep my truck in top notch running order for me. 280 000 kms later the truck still runs like a dream and looks like a 9 ( backed into a vac truck valve) lol.
