Holy worste service/customer service i have ever received in my life. Itried to call about a recall for 8 hours which no one would pick up the phone. Once i called customer service after more than 25 attem in my life. Itried to call about a recall for 8 hours which no one would pick up the phone. Once i called customer service after more than 25 attempts to reach service i got on the line in less than 30 seconds. Once on the line it only got so much worse. The service attendant got my information wrong and the recall vin wrong so she couldnt book my appointment and i would have to TRY to call back and HOPE they would pick up before close. Rude service agent let alone NO agent to pick up the phone FOR 8 HOURS More

The sales manager said he will have him call me, Talked to finance guy who saw my distress over noticing the job not done, said he will have Mng of Service call me. Wow 1 week no one called me and my car is not fixed. Emailed Andrew again 3x's nothing no answer back, no surprise. Worst service ever won't go there anymore. More

The worst customer service, no respect, careless promises and even steeling your money without fixing your car. I regret that I bought a Hyundai after Toyota. Do not buy a car from here we bought a car less then a year ago from them and had nothing but issues with it...first the oil pan was rusted right out and dropped out a day after they did an oil change (so year ago from them and had nothing but issues with it...first the oil pan was rusted right out and dropped out a day after they did an oil change (something the should have noticed while doing the oil change) and now the spark plugs are messed and it needs a tune up....they straight up admitted to my wife on the phone that they don't do anything to used vehicles before they sell them just whatever needs to be done for a safety. I expected more since I was buying my car from a dealership it would be in decent shape but it's obviously not the case with theses guys just fix them up so they are good enough to pass a safety and the rest is on the buyer...xxxx poor way to do business and recommend checking out other dealerships and staying far away from these crooks!!! More
