Hello Kody, Thank you for now leaving your review on this platform, we responded to your Google review asking you to contact us to address your concerns. I will respond the same here, we reviewed your deal and it clearly states your trade value was $8000 and you signed that paperwork multiple times, the difference from your lien is always carried over into your new deal and is broke down on your signed contract with the bank. I am not sure where you are coming up with $10,000 down on your payments as there is only $197 cash down and this was your dealer rewards from the dealership. In regards to your Chevrolet Cruze you purchased they have never came in an AWD nor does that state this anywhere in your paperwork. If you had any concerns you could have addressed them 4+ years ago. As mentioned we are happy to meet with you or consult with AMVIC like you suggested. You are welcome to contact our Sales Manager Nic Ris who worked on your deal, or the General Manager Mike Samson. Have a wonderful day and we look forward to hearing from you.

Why would they write 15,614. For trade in value then show less on lien positive one page and another negative. I talked the owner 4 years ago and said there was nothing i could do because i signed...

Hello Kody, Sorry for the delay, we do not use this platform daily as we primarily use Google and Facebook. We reviewed your paperwork and don't see this figure anywhere. The paperwork shows the $17,900 purchase price, plus a block heater before your trade of $8000 plus our Admin Fee of $525.25 including the AMVIC fee. The bank contract documents are the same figures before the purchase of your extended warranty and rim/tire protection. I am the gentlemen you would have dealt with if you had any concerns 4 years ago and we have no documentation of any of this.
