Vehicle purchase We purchased a F150 4x4 from kingston dodge. Beautiful truck. Although this was not their product,they warrantied anything it needed. To the readers: I lost a beautiful, mint condition Ford Ranger recently, due to an accident. Living in Ottawa, I was having a difficult time finding quality used small trucks, and helpful, honest sales reps (hanging over my shoulder while I inspect a vehicle is NOT helpful). An ad for a great looking Dodge Dakota drew my attention to Kingston Dodge. My wife and I made the trek from Ottawa on a Friday. Little did we know, that Kingston rolls its sidewalks up even earlier than Ottawa, and the dealership was closed. Randy Ferguson was my first point of contact when I contacted the dealership online about the Dakota. Unfortunately, it sold a few hours before we got to Kingston. Randy, however, understanding my needs, said he would watch for any other trucks that potentially met my requirements. True to his word, we had a few email exchanges regarding other trucks coming onto the lot. I did eventually find a replacement truck, though in another town. Throughout my agonizingly frustrating search around Ontario, Randy was always there with a friendly word, continuing his search on my behalf. To this day, we have never met, and I'm fom another city, yet he took the time to keep me up to date, and treated me with kindness, honesty and respect.
